EVO 1200 PRO VW SWB Kit

A slightly more challenging construction than our other designs this kit is suitable converters or skilled diy’ers. This unit is extremely tight fitting with the RIB 1200 seat. The unit must be installed first so the bed can be correctly positioned.   Extras that are included in the pro version: Satin aluminium corners Soft close drawer runners made by Slyder Edge banded drawer fronts and vertical under worktop supports Self locking Evomatic catches. Kit includes: Side unit with triple drawer pack EVOmatic door catches as standard, please select colour options from drop down 2 x Sliding tambour door Over bed locker for low roof and elevating roof vans Front bed panel with door and rear bed panel The worktop cut for NEW SMEV 9722 Right hand sink only – 2 burner hob and sink Concealed self close hinges with flush fitting doors Table with folding aluminium leg and stainless steel sliding rail system All connecting blocks, hinges, grey, black or silver edging, push catches and screws Designed for the  Webasto cruise 49 or the Dometic NRX50 Knock on edging for all exposed edges, the edges are pre slot cut for you to apply Designed to be easy to construct with easy mount hinges, slots for aligning the panels and pre drilled hole for the connector blocks Available in a range of own light weight ply finishes Worktop and Table can be a different finish Edging: Silver, Black or Dark Grey Works with Scopema RIB seat 1200mm wide fixed or sliding seat Works with both low roof and elevating roof conversions Does not include: LED light shelf Battery box The seat must be installed after the unit has been installed due to the tight fit of the seat against the unit. A RIB Sliding bed is optional, but the frame will need to be fixed further towards the front of the van so the sliding part will slide forwards only If using Vanshades, the top of the sink unit will not fit underneath the protruding bottom edge of the vanshade surround so some trimming of the worktop may be required to ge thte unit to fit flush against the van side.  Also, the overhead shelf fouls on the top of the vanshade protrusion so some fabrication/trimming to the shelf sides will be required.
