1. What products do you sell?

We offer home decor and lifestyle products including luminous wall stickers, decorative wall clocks, acrylic gift plaques, wooden family puzzles, eternal rose teddy bears, artificial plants, palm trees, cherry blossom trees, ceramic vases, full length mirrors, macrame wall hangings, candle warmer lamps, wedding flower stands, modern sculptures, miniature musical ornaments, and puzzle boards.

2. Are the product photos exactly the same as the actual items?

We make reasonable efforts to display product images and colors accurately. However, slight differences may occur due to lighting, screen settings, photography angles, material texture, handmade details, or production batches.

3. How do I choose the right product size?

Please check the product description and Size Guide before ordering. For wall decor, mirrors, artificial plants, vases, flower stands, and puzzle boards, we recommend measuring your available space before purchase.

4. Are artificial plants suitable for indoor and outdoor use?

Many artificial plants are suitable for indoor decoration and selected covered outdoor spaces. For long-term outdoor use, please avoid excessive rain, strong sunlight, high heat, and harsh weather unless the product page specifically states that the item is designed for outdoor conditions.

5. Are fragile products packed safely?

Fragile items such as ceramic vases, mirrors, acrylic flower stands, lamps, and decorative ornaments are packed with protective materials where appropriate. Please inspect the package after delivery and keep the packaging if you need to report shipping damage.

6. How long does order processing take?

Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time may be longer during weekends, public holidays, or high-volume periods.

7. How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery usually takes approximately 12–25 business days after shipment. Delivery time may vary depending on the destination, customs processing, local carrier service, and seasonal order volume.

8. How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow a few business days for tracking details to update after the package is handed over to the carrier.

9. Can I change or cancel my order?

You may request a change or cancellation before the order has been processed, packed, or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

10. What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the damaged item, photos of the outer packaging, and a clear description of the issue. We will review your case and provide a suitable solution.

11. Do you accept returns?

Yes. We accept eligible return requests within 30 days after delivery. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, clean, and returned with original packaging and accessories.

12. Who pays for return shipping?

If the return is due to customer reasons, such as changing your mind or ordering the wrong item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the issue is caused by our error or a verified product defect, we will review the case and provide a suitable solution.

13. How should I care for home decor products?

Most home decor products should be kept clean and dry. Use a soft cloth for dusting. Avoid harsh chemicals, excessive moisture, direct heat, and prolonged exposure to strong sunlight unless the product is specifically designed for those conditions.
