Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders for home decor, gift items, artificial plants, wall decorations, mirrors, candle warmer lamps, vases, tabletop ornaments, puzzle boards, and event decoration products.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. Processing includes order verification, product preparation, quality checking, packing, and transfer to the shipping carrier.
Orders placed during weekends, public holidays, or peak sale periods may require additional processing time.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
Standard delivery usually takes approximately 12–25 business days after the order has been shipped. Actual delivery time may vary depending on destination, local carrier service, customs processing, weather conditions, holiday periods, and seasonal order volume.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed. The final shipping cost may vary depending on the delivery address, product size, package weight, and available shipping method.
Some larger or fragile items, such as full length mirrors, artificial trees, flower stands, and larger home decor pieces, may require special packaging or separate shipment.
4. Shipping Destinations
We ship to selected international destinations. Shipping availability may depend on the product type, delivery address, carrier restrictions, and local delivery conditions.
Certain remote areas, P.O. boxes, military addresses, islands, or restricted locations may not be eligible for delivery. If your address cannot be served, we will contact you as soon as possible.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Please allow a few business days for tracking updates to appear after the package is handed over to the carrier.
6. Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on inventory location, product size, and packaging requirements. Separate packages may arrive on different dates.
7. Fragile and Oversized Items
Products such as ceramic vases, mirrors, acrylic flower stands, candle warmer lamps, tabletop ornaments, and artificial plants may require protective packaging. Please inspect the package upon delivery and keep all packaging materials if there is a damage claim.
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delivery delays, failed delivery, returned packages, or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We can only update the address before the order has been processed or shipped.
9. Delivery Delays
Delivery delays may occur due to customs inspection, public holidays, carrier disruptions, severe weather, incorrect address information, high seasonal demand, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your package appears delayed, please contact our customer service team and we will help check the shipment status.
10. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date or expected delivery issue. Please include your order number, tracking number, clear photos of the outer packaging, and photos of the damaged product if applicable.
11. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
