Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. This Refund & Returns Policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges, refunds, and order issues for home decor products, gift items, artificial plants, wall decorations, candle warmer lamps, mirrors, vases, ornaments, and event decoration products.

1. Return Window

We accept eligible return requests within 30 days after the order is delivered. To be eligible for return, the item must meet the return conditions listed below.

2. Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

  • Unused, undamaged, clean, and in resalable condition
  • Returned with original packaging, accessories, manuals, labels, and protective materials
  • Free from installation marks, scratches, stains, odors, or signs of use
  • For fragile items, returned with sufficient protective packaging to prevent damage during transit

3. Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used, installed, assembled, altered, damaged, or washed
  • Items missing original packaging, tags, accessories, parts, manuals, or protective materials
  • Customized, personalized, clearance, or final-sale items
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, improper cleaning, or normal wear and tear
  • Fragile items damaged during return shipping due to poor repackaging
  • Return requests made after the 30-day return period

4. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact our customer service team before sending any item back. Please include your order number, the email address used for the order, product name, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Returns sent without prior approval or without return instructions may not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping Cost

If the return is due to customer reasons, such as changing your mind, ordering the wrong item, selecting the wrong size or color, or no longer needing the product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is caused by our error, such as receiving the wrong item, a defective product, or an item damaged during shipment, we will review the case and may offer a replacement, refund, or return shipping assistance.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide your order number, photos of the product, photos of the outer packaging, photos of the shipping label, and a brief description of the issue. After reviewing your case, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or another suitable solution.

7. Fragile Item Claims

For fragile items such as ceramic vases, mirrors, acrylic flower stands, candle warmer lamps, and decorative ornaments, please keep all packaging materials until the issue is resolved. Photos of the packaging are required to help us verify shipping damage.

8. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds usually take 5–10 business days to appear on your account after being processed, depending on your bank or payment provider.

9. Exchanges

Exchanges may be available for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, subject to product availability. If the replacement item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or another suitable solution.

10. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed, packed, or shipped. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after receiving the item, subject to this policy.

11. Return Address

Please contact us before returning any item. Depending on the product and warehouse location, we may provide a specific return address for your order. Do not send products back without receiving return instructions from us.
